Shrimp Jambalaya Recipe

Shrimp Jambalaya

1 lb. hot sausage/sliced into small pieces
2 lbs.shelled shrimp
1 can of beef bouillon
1 can Campbell ‘s French onion soup
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 stick of margarine
11/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4-3/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup Parsley
1 lb. Uncle Ben’s converted rice
Creole seasoning
3 “toes” or cloves of garlic

This is a one pan “Shrimp Jambalaya” Recipe. My family really enjoys it. It is simple, doesn’t mess up many pots and pans, and IT TASTES GREAT. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Mixing is the easy part. Mix all ingredients in a baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover the dish and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. The ingredients are easy to find, mixing is easy, cooking is simple, and the dish is great!
