Layne’s Blue Ribbon Sour Cream Pound Cake

2 sticks oleo

3 cups sugar

6 eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 pint sour cream

1/4 teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Cream the oleo and sugar. Add eggs one at a time to this mixture.

Sift the flour and soda and add to the batter along with the sour cream. Add vanilla. Mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in a tube pan.
