Honey Orange Baked Fish Filets
from Bill Maily’s Kitchen
Prepare a marinade with the following:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
3 green onions (diced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple juice
1 tablespoon ginger root (minced)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Add around two pounds of bass filets to the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour. (I left them overnight.) Coat a baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Place the filets in the dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 to 30 minutes – until the filets flake with a fork. You can also cook this dish on the grill by placing the filets in aluminum foil on the grill. When the filets flake they are ready.
NOTE: Try it with whatever fish you have on hand…
